Board Elections

Four Director positions were declared vacant : Dr Kevin Arlett and Dr Mukesh Hakerwal due to Board rotation with one third of the Board required to face re-election at any AGM, Dr Sarah lewis who was appointed as a casual vacancy during the year and Dr Brenda Murrison who resigned from the Board effective at the AGM.

The following members were elected as Directors of AGPA at the 2023 AGM:

Dr Kevin Arlett, Dr Mukesh Haikerwal, Dr Sarah Lewis, Dr Nicholas Tellis.

Under the AGPA constitution Diretcors are elected for a three year term subject to the Board rotation requirements.
